guys i wanna know where can i buy best armor set?how much does it cost?and what is the name?

There typically is not a 'best' anything, only a 'best suited for your purpose.' What profession's armor are we talking about?

well Iam Warrior/Monk and i mean in what city i can make the highest def armor?how much does it cost?

The highest defense armors are found in Droknar's (you get there after the Ascension Quest). They cost 1.5k per piece.

As you proceed from there, you also have the option of purchasing 15k per piece armor. They have the same stats, just a different look.
